MONOLITH PRE-RINSE UNIT PRODUCTION

PART 1

The production of Monolith taps and faucets starts with a brass bar.
It is the raw material for most of our components
from which the production process starts.

The machinery is an essential tool
in the production process.
We use them for moulding, workpiece processing and cleaning.

The first processing step is
moulding from brass bars
by means of a mould shaped according to the article to be produced:
the central part of the shower hand, the single-hole body, etc.
