At Monolith, we believe that the success of a company should not only be measured by its balance sheet numbers but also by the positive impact its existence can have on society.
Every year we allocate part of our Christmas budget to charity to support projects and associations that are committed to promoting human development by making our contribution to building a better world.

In 2024 we are proud to have helped support the project “W School” of Africa Mission association, an initiative that aims to provide education and more opportunities for children and young people in Uganda.

Education is a fundamental key to a better future and at Monolith we are convinced that investing in this resource is essential to building a fairer society.

Why did we choose Africa Mission?

We had already collaborated with the association in 2022, when we supported the project “A Well is Uniting Heaven and Earth”, also in Uganda, which works to build wells to guarantee access to drinking water in rural communities. This project touched us deeply, water is our environment, our field of study, and access to water is a fundamental right but, unfortunately, still not guaranteed in many parts of the world.
Our dedication to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is not just a formal commitment, but an integral part of the way we do business. We believe that every company has a responsibility to give back to the community and to do its part to make the world a better place.
