At Monolith , we believe that the success of a company should not only be measured by its balance sheet numbers, but also by the positive impact that its existence can have on society.
Every year we allocate part of our Christmas budget to charity to support projects and associations that are committed to promoting human development by making our contribution to building a better world.

In 2024 , we are proud to have contributed to the support of the “W la Scuola” project of the Africa Mission association, an initiative that aims to provide education and more opportunities to children and young people in Uganda.

Education is a fundamental key to a better future and at Monolith we are convinced that investing in this resource is essential to build a fairer society.

Why did we choose Africa Mission?

We had already collaborated with the association in 2022, when we supported the project “A well is to unite Heaven and Earth”, also in Uganda, which deals with building wells to ensure access to drinking water in rural communities. This project has touched us deeply, water is our environment, our field of study, and access to water is a fundamental right but, unfortunately, it is still not guaranteed in many parts of the world.
Our dedication to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is not just a formal commitment, but an integral part of the way we do business. We believe that every company has a responsibility to give back to the community and to do their part to make the world a better place.
